YOGIDEF-OH is a blend of high-molecular-weight alcohol and modified derivatives defoaming agent formulated with higher esters to control foaming in all water-base drilling fluids containing freshwater, brackish water, seawater, and saturated saltwater, as well as completion fluids and effective to remove entrapped air or oxygen from all types of mud and recommended to use when mud is treated with organic materials such as lignosulfonate, lignite and tannin‐base additives.
Effective at high temperatures and at different pH of water base muds when mud treated with 0.05 to 0.10 lb/bbl.
